Has to be by far the worst location ever. The lady was extremely rude. They had no fax, no printer , no wi-fi for me to email my blood work form and she constantly rushed me and I had to walk out because she literally had no patience when everytime she printed it the error was in their end. Very very unprofessional-

Excellent experience today with Joy at the front desk and Louis the tech that did my blood work! I am DEATHLY afraid of needles but Louis was excellent and I barely felt anything plus it was over very quickly. I had a appointment and I was taken in actually a few minutes early. Excellent modern facility with excellent employees! I HIGHLY recommend them for any lab work you need done!

This place is absolutely wonderful. I've had multiple lab orders completed over the years by very friendly staff. I've been taken care of by Anna , Joy and Caity on many occasions. I've been told for years that it was hard to get blood drawn because of my veins but the technicians get it every time... quickly and efficiently. People complaining of showing up at the wrong hours are at fault. Call. As a medical professional, I've seen patients expect to get a chest X-ray at the optician and complain. Look up their Services. Most medical offices require masks and people complaining should learn the word asymptomatic or take a course in epidemiology. Its great you feel fine but medical technicians are human...some have pre existing conditions that aren't your business because of HIPPA...and they don't want to be ill. Waiting? It's probably busy because in medicine you have to be careful. Rushing is how you make mistakes. These technicians are amazing and kind and have my utmost respect.
