I give up. The doctor's office said they released an order and that Labcorp can see, but I see nowhere when I log into Labcorp's site. I am trying to schedule an appointment and I need to verify they see the order. I called the Gastonia office several times but sent to voice mail after a couple minutes. Left my name and number yet no one ever responds. Horrible service from people that don't care. I will find somewhere else to get the specimen taken.

When I get here almost ever seat was taken, but they still got me in and to the back within 10 minutes. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

It won't allow me to give zero stars or I would. Got to my appointment right on time. Followed the instructions on my text that was sent to me to check in in my car. Got a call 10 minutes later that I checked in 4 minutes late (I thought we were allowed 15 min plus it takes a minute or 2 to do the check in) and I wasn't allowed to wait in my car for late appointments. They accused me of checking in from another location and trying to drive up late. Then they said the lab was closed and now I would have to make a new appointment. Nothing on my pre appointment email mentioned I must come inside especially since they knew my appointment time was at 4 and still sent me the text to check in online.

I came in for employment drug screen and they turned me away saying there were special hours they do drug screens. These hours are not posted online so I drove 30 each way to sit in my car for 1.5 hours just to get a drug screen. Hours should be posted online. Lady at front desk was very rude and mean about the whole situation. Highly do not recommend using this company.
