Do Not Go Here!!! The place is not clean; staff is okay friendly. Have waited and tried to get my results for 2 weeks. The phone number routes you to some place in Pennsylvania. No way to contact them and the results my Dr needed are no where to be found. Horrible experience, dirty facility. Anywhere is better than this hole! And I have used Quest in FL for years without issue. So disappointing but won’t use Quest again.

I made an appointment through the automated portal for 430. Arrived to be told that they might not be able to draw blood for the test that day because they were about to close at 5:00.Then why allow appointments to be made that late? When I didn’t just leave she told me to go online and pay for a test. Gave me an address to go to ,which wasn’t even the correct one. Instead of helping me… she started hanging bats in the waiting room!! Then she tells me another address to the in. This time it was correct. As I was standing there frantically trying to get the info in so I could get the bloodwork done, at 443, the girl in the back yells out to the other girl that they are shutting down for the day! I have never experienced such rudeness and incompetence in dealing with a medical facility.

The staff was nice and friendly but they were not professional, after waiting for one week to get my test results i discovered that they did the wrong blood work for me which was very disappointing! And frustrating ! I'm gonna have to go and get my blood taken again !

If I could give the phlebotomist working 10 stars, I would. The check in process was electronic and super easy. I was called back within minutes of arriving. I have intense anxiety about getting blood drawn because of my small, deep set veins but she got it on the first try! She was very sweet and the entire thing took less than 10 minutes. I don’t usually leave reviews but wow, she was totally awesome at her job! Thank you!
