Great service

Gets worse every time I go in. None of the salespeople left except one even attempt customer service. Also almost all of them are creepy as hell neckbeard types who will try to correct you with incorrect information. Would not feel comfortable sending my wife in to be ogled and mansplained by the staff. Also Sweetwater offers the same warranty coverage for free that guitar center chargers $60+ for. And has better customer service. And selection.

Is there a reason your “salesmen” act like used car salesman? Example: I’m there trying out amps and guitars (More specifically the 7 string Sterling Majesty, Fender Mustang Combo, and White Boss Katana combo). Some guy I can only assume is a “salesman” asks if I need help. I say assume and use quotes because he had no name tag or identification stating he worked there. I say no and continue about my business. Every once in a while I notice him staring me down out of the corner of my eye. My 12 year old daughter even noticed and asked me about it after the fact. 20 minutes later I’m looking around at the other combo amps, planning on plugging into the Yamaha THR10. He asks again if I need help. I say no thanks. He continues pressing on stating maybe he can help find what I’m looking for. I say again no, I just want to check out some amps and guitars. Again, he persists and I finally tell him I just want to check out some amps and be left alone. He responds by telling me he doesn’t make commission, etc. He then turns around and mumbles something under his breath. This latest exchange was within the span of 15 seconds. Between that and the unprofessional announcement from another associate over the intercom regarding closing, “We closing in 30 minutes, get your purchases up here in a hurry, show me whatchu got”, this visit was a dumpster fire. I fully intended on walking out with that 7 string Majesty and most likely that THR had I not been harassed and just left to myself. Not now. I’ll order from Sweetwater instead from now on. Worst case, I’ll drive to GC Knoxville, JC, or Greenville before dealing with this store ever again. The fact that I’ll be able to check out gear without being harassed is worth it.

Attempted to buy something from their used stock. After a few days of no movement on shipping, I used their chat to see if I could get an update. They were no help. After 5 business days, I called the store. The person I spoke with said they were short-staffed and their Operations manager had been out but was back. They also couldn’t tell me the status of my order. The next day, I get an email that my order was canceled because no one pulled the unit off the floor. One person being out can’t cause a very easy process to fail. There’s simply no excuse for a lack of management oversight.

The best way to find out is to give them a call. They can let you know what they have on hand.
THEY ARE AWESOME PEOPLE. IM SURE THEY WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU.
Yes. They better they look, the more they pay. A nice polish could go a long way.
I would bring the guitar to the store for proper appraisal, a quick search on Google says, depending on which model guitar you have, is worth anywhere from $100-$300. A more accurate appraisal can be done in the store and they can even sell it for you if you so choose
Yea just call make sure tech is there but most the time any one there can help u tune ya guitar an guitar tuna is a great app four helping tune any insterment an well show u chords an more

They range between $25 to the $1,000 range depending on what you need
