I’ll never come here again took a few bites and decided i didn’t want all that mayo so i looked inside and i’m so glad I did, this is completely disgusting A ROACH for all i know i probably ate one in those other bites and the fries were extremely salty i tried wiping it off with a napkin that didn’t even help 🤢🤢🤢

Ordered food here yesterday around lunch time and not even 3 hours after eating I was horribly sick. 99% sure I have food poisoning, and I am still dealing with the aftermath a day later. I got a bacon double cheeseburger and I noticed something tasted off about the bacon so I took it off after taking a few bites. I am not sure if it was the meat or bacon that was bad, but i would definitely be careful eating here.

I went through the drive thru and it was SUPER slow. But given the current state of things, I wouldn't be surprised if there were only three people working the entire store. My food was hot so at least I didn't wait for soggy French fries

I have been coming to this location over the past year. Unfortunately, every time I order something other than chicken nuggets, my order is made incorrectly. Add to that how long it takes for them to make orders, even when there is no one else ahead of you. Today, I just spent $7 on a double whopper that I explicitly requested to have NO TOMATOES since I am allergic to raw tomatoes. So when I got home, what did I find? Raw tomatoes on my burger, which I had to toss out entirely!!!! This answers many of my questions as to why so many Burger King locations around Phoenix have closed recently. ** Oct 2021 Update ** Placed some additional orders from this location since this incident (for which no one has ever responded to the issue) and have continued to have problems with my orders. The most recent order was for chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Both were overcooked and in the case of the mozzarella sticks, all of the cheese had been cooked out of them so in essence I received breaded husks that were burnt. Even though they close early and is a little inconvenient due to traffic, I am going to start going to the location on Cave Creek Rd where the service is better and my food is prepared better.

It would be better if you direct your question to the corporation of Burger King, as I am sure they would look into it.
When they have specials like the to for 6 or the 10 piece nuggets theres more traffic coming through so it takes them longer and it looks like most of the BK's are understaffed
Download the Burger King app and set your restaurant on your Maps it'll give you their accurate prices.
