The service was courteous and helpful. The manager answered my questions about the new southern bacon double sandwich. It was delicious. The food was over sized and plentiful. No need to up size your order but I didn't know so extra did for the trash. I'll know better next time around. The sandwiches ordered where huge. They were be bigger than my husband's hand. Well worth the money spent. I forget to take pictures but when I come back which I will I'll take pictures for sure! The attendant brought us our food and even condiments. Super service!!!

I don’t know where Customer Service began or ended but I tell you where is sure I is a big deal here. What burger Zoe‘s Ben our family‘s PlayStation gather from out of town and meet up but this water burger is amazing the 3 times I’ve been there for my double water burger with cheese one slice cut in half and it’s not even in the worlds best neighborhood but they do have five-star customer service think you what a burger for saving my time and day

The quality in food and service has gone down at this location. Ordered over $40 worth of food via drive thru on a Thursday evening and had to wait over 20 minutes in line. Our drinks (sodas and milk shakes) tasted like cleaning solutions used to clean the machines. French fries and onion rings were under cooked and soggy and burgers had slim toppings. Was not able to get down to go inside to make them aware of the issue as they had 3 shaddy individuals (non employees) smoking and blocking the north entry not allowing access to the lobby. I'd like to give this location the benefit of doubt as quality has never been like this in past years.

One of my favorite places to eat.. Oldies station no longer plays 😢 sometimes the crew lags but other days they do great.. Service can be hit or miss. Though I know if there is something wrong with order it will get fixed and re done if needed..
