Good service came to eat for my early mothers day special surprise! The long island iced tea was good and the food was better than my expectations. Enjoyed all of it. Thank you Cheesecake Factory!

The service is probably the best we've had in a long time. Our server Jamese was so personable we couldn't help but smile every time she came around to check on us. I started out with a Well Mannered Dirty Martini. I suggest you ask for it extra dirty. The food was delicious but we wish we had known that our lunch special didn't come with anything other than the entree. We were expecting maybe a salad or soup but this being our first time we should've asked. Overall we had a great time and the restaurant is beautiful. We'll definitely go back and this time start out with an appetizer.

I came in with the $15 promo card from the $50 gift cards I purchased in the past. This restaurant is rather small and even coming at 9:00pm means you'll be waiting for 20-30 minutes, even for one person. I got in about 20-25 minutes after and was taken to a bar small table. You'll find many people just coughing and some employees just aren't nice. The waitress who served me, Jazmyn G is one of the not nice employee. When I was having conversations to order and ask questions, she looks up to the ceiling every time. The one star I'm giving is for the good food she recommended— Chicken Bellagio. Yet another experience where CCF is going downhill. It really is about time for me to find a new favorite restaurant.

Update: at this point I feel like it's personal because you guys literally sent me a $10 coupon to try your restaurant again and I placed another order and you guys bring me out asparagus, that has been burnt to charcoal. I'm pretty confused on how the chef even thought it was okay to send this out as a takeout order!! Photo attached!! So disappointed. I order from you all the time. I'm not understanding why my steak sauce looks like this. I don't know if my dasher tampered with my steak sauce or what. I felt so sick. Omg!! The sauce was extra thick and extremely salty with a thick creamy white substance mixed into it!!! Instantly felt like I wanted to throw up!!
