I told the Cashier 3 times I don't want meat or chicken in the salad, she confirmed. Then I was given a salad full of 2 types bacon and chicken… not gd experience even thought I tipped them. The cashier does not smile at all and felt dull inside. Please hire brighter people

Customer service has gone way downhill. It's happened a few times, but this time I not only waited 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge me (and I was the only one there at 2:45pm) but I've now been waiting 24 minutes for ONE smoothie. How are there 4 people working but can't get my smoothie made? They're just blasting music and ignoring customers. Lol Edit: it's now been 35 mins and they continued to give everyone who came in after me their smoothies and just asked me what I got and said "sorry, I wasn't here" like. Ok?

customer service is not great. waited for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. If Blueberries are seasonal, you need to put that somewhere on your menu. this is the 2nd time customer service has been bad. I will not be back

I went in for the free Smoothie and bought a jerk chicken quesadilla and it was so yummy. I highly recommend this for the price, too. Very reasonable and tastes like good quality. I can’t eat food I don’t like and I ate every bite!
