Hi Sonia! While you could be allergic to something in the metal alloy of white gold, it is also common for water and other particles to become trapped underneath your ring which can cause irritation. We definitely also recommend visiting your dermatologist for their recommendation on treatment. We'd be more than happy to help clean your ring or discuss alternative precious metal choices for you!
