The company took away our recycle cart without any notice or door tag one day and replaced the cart with a recycle bin 1/50 the size. Since we did not request any change of recycle carts this confused me. I called, they told me to leave the recycle bin by the sidewalk and they will fixed. I did exactly that. 2 days later still not fixed. So i called again, this time a manager claimed they have already dropped off the bin, at my neighbors, with no markings on it. Before the issue was even solved the said manager hang up the phone. Ok, so i called again, this time i am told we have always had a bin based on their computer system. Well in the case i would not even be making this review in the first place. Customer is supposed to fix errors due to computer system error and human error on the company side. Overall it has been a very frustrating experience.

Didn’t pick up trash on schedule day came back next and said trash was not at the top of the driveway(lies lies). Then was told it would be a $20 charge on Monday if they came back out to pick up trash. But NEVER OFFERED A CREDIT for not picking up trash. Truly don’t understand. Never had any issues until now.
