Terrible company. Refuse to replace broken trash bins that we inherited from the previous owner. Won't pick up small box of extra recycle that didn't fit in the recycle bin. Just a truly terrible company from a customer service point of view.

It's been 4 months. We don't have our refund! I will never use again! 30 years with them and we got treated like this. Plus, they didn't pick up our stuff when they were supposed to. The date was supposed to be June 4th and they came June 11th. Never again!

Customer service is terrible! I currently still have Republic Services for trash and recycling but am on the verge of switching because of terrible customer service! Getting set up has been a nightmare and I would recommend literally any other company over them!

My trash has been sitting on the curb since 9/1. I called 9/1, 9/2, 9/6 to be given the same answer from their customer service team. We will be there by 5pm to pick up. Today is 9/7, trash is still on the curb and I asked for a supervisor to call me early this morning. Still no call. Very bad experience. They say they want to make your experience great on the phone, but they never provide the service. Trash is now building up in my driveway, do to this....
