Worst company to do business with of all. Customer service people are totally not helpful and disrespectful. It's worth to pay twice as much somewhere else then deal with these incompetent people. I would give this company a negative 10 stars if I could, they are definitely not worth one.

I have had an uncountable amount of issues with this company. 99% are Karen the rest of the company has enough decency to just deliver a message. Karen chose to call me herself and inquire as to WHY I asked to speak to Lisa.( Lisa has instructed me in the past just to ask for her due to these issues) Why not just deliver the message that "Hi my name is Matthew and I was wondering if Lisa could please call me at her earliest convenience thank you and goodbye"????? why did you feel you HAD to call and request that I justify my asking to talk to Lisa?! This is inappropriate.

I spoke with Lisa over the phone to setup an installation time and she was awesome. Such a nice lady and helped me get everything setup same day. Lisa was fantastic and made me feel extremely comfortable during a process that’s typically very uncomfortable. Thanks Lisa!

Joe Carroll helped me get an appointment, and he really helped me immensely and was very communicative. Joe even got me an appointment for the installation of the ignition interlock a week earlier than expected so I can get back to work earlier. Every time I’ve called to get help for a question, I’ve had someone there to help me. Thank you, thank you 🌺🙏 Today was the first day driving after a year off of driving, and I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of this company. The equipment is truly impeccable, and the service with Smart Start MN is impressive. I read all the bad reviews, and I have to disagree with a lot of them. I had to wait about a week to get in touch with Joe for installment, but I knew Smart Start MN was the best from only being referenced to Smart Start MN by multiple people (Probation, AA, Court, other fellow DWI people). I was willing to wait, be kind, be patient, and I was able to get helped as soon as they had time. They’re really busy, and if you want the best, you have to be patient sometimes. Promise once you’re installed, you’ll be more than happy. Thank you so much for being here for me during this chapter of my life. Thank you so much Joe for making it happen for me with Smart Start MN. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
