This recreational facility has something for everyone. If you are a senior and you want to work out, they have a class at 10:00 am called Senior Body Sculpting every Tuesday and Thursday. You can also watch the online live classes Monday through Thursday at 10:00 am on YouTube and Facebook. Surch (the guru of abs senior body Sculpting).
