Urgent Care center team did a great job when my son swallowed an earring stud when we visited in Oct 2021. UNFORTUNATELY the billing department did not even make an attempt to contact us. I knew I owed them a co-pay (thanks to my insurance portal), was happy to pay it, and I proactively made 2 separate phone call attempts to GET A BILL from them. Instead Tower Health sent us right to collections. I never received any bill or notice- nothing- prior to having our outstanding balance sent to collections. This could have seriously impacted our credit score, which we have worked had on, thanks to the billing department's incompetence.

The guy at the front desk by the name of Keith was absolutely rude from the start. Doors open at 10 am and opens the door at 10:05am no eye contact and doesn’t say a word. He was on his personal phone and told the person on the phone I have to let you go because these people are all in my face. I asked if he was okay and he said no yet still no eye contact. I understand if you are not having a good morning but you shouldn’t bring that to work and take it out on patients. By far the worst front desk encounter I’ve ever experienced.

One of the few places open on thanksgiving. The staff greeted me and my daughter so warmly. The doctor diagnosed her quickly and brought a smile with crayons and a lollipop. Made a stressful day just a little bit easier
