Try to transfer my prescriptions there, the pharmacist and the tech had my insurance card for a total of 18 minutes before telling me that they couldn't accept it which is not true as it's Blue Cross. Dust and dirt throughout the entire store, pharmacy area looked like it was last vacuumed pre-pandemic, icing on top of the cake was when the store manager and pharmacist got into a shouting match in front of me and other customers. No reason to go back, definitely not what I expect from Walgreens.
True Review
This Walgreens location needs a great deal of help. A lot of the shelves were not stocked in many areas of the store. However, there were containers and boxes throughout the store, in the aisles and at the end of the aisles. Why isn’t the merchandise out? The store needs a cleaning. The floor was very dirty. There were sticky spots. The cashiers were not interested in working, rather they were interested in telling stories of their lives to one another. I had to leave. Their profanity was unprofessional.

As a patient suffering from migraine headaches, I had to sit on hold for over 30 minutes to ask questions about my prescription. I received a text and a voice recording saying the prescription was out of stock. In the past the pharmacist would call other stores to see if they have it or offer a partial script. This did not happen. In fact, they said they would not offer a partial script. I had to drive in pain, in my pj's, to talk to someone since they kept me on hold forever! I was told they were busy with covid testing but when I arrived there was only one patient in the waiting room and 3 staff. I walked into the pharmacy carrying my phone STILL on hold. Patients should not have to go through while suffering from a chronic illness. There was no care or concern.
