Every time I turn around the bill is going up. First it was around 40 something every three months. Then it went up to 50 something. They received a new payment system that charges a fee for you to pay them to collect your payments. And you pay a fee for the fuel the trucks use. So a bill that is 64.00 turns out to be almost 75.00. They don't give an option to mail in the payments. And it looks like you have to pay the 75.00 every month now instead of paying them every three months for the same service. I'm on hold now trying to clarify this. SMH. I'm also on line looking for another service.

This company is a joke. They took a month to deliver our can they took bc they said we didn't pay our bill. We had. Then they over charged our card and whe asked why they denied charging us.

Curbside was bought out by this company and the service has went down hill since. My trash has been outside for three days. https://wasteindustries.com/residential/curbsidepickup

They have limited online access. Mostly just for pay. You can try to call them, but they are terrible at returning phone calls.

Starting about $100 a day as you learn your route and do your other paperwork it goes up from there. Good people!!!
