I would give them 0 stars! I submitted my application for $210 non-refundable. They state the rent is 1310, yet they don't disclose all the additional fees that are not included. The water is $70.00, Valet Trash is $30, and Pest control is $6. They should actually state the rent is $1,416.00. Jamie should disclose all this information before you apply!

Rent is too high for no reason and the leasing office staff are rude and hard to get in contact with .

This is not the place you want to move to. Yes it’s second chance but over priced not safe and maintenance sucks.
