Absolutely the worst service ever. Horrible experience. my husband and I went to pick up the rental(9/27/22) to drive to miami for my husbands birthday. was given a dirty filthy car---inside & out--was not washed, cleaned or sanitized. Especially now during covid time, it's so negligent and lack of regard for customers health and safety to give them a filthy nasty car and then when I address it with the young lady who said she was the assistant manager, she did not care and did not attempt to even provide good service. she was so nasty , rude and unprofessional. I told her I would report her to avis corporate office, social media and give bad zillow review. she in turn became another karen calling the police which even the other customers were shocked that she was being so petty & vindictive calling conyers police for no reason --when I was merely sitting down addressing my displease with her)professionally. ...but because I told her I would call corporate to report her she then became nasty and vindictive calling conyers police for no reason. I sat for a few minutes waiting for police then left because I had appointment to get to. My husband who is a former police office and former deputy sherrif was flabbergasted & displeased when I told him what transpired after he left with this assistant manager(I took a picture of her for avis complaint reference since she would not provide her name). This was bar far the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever and deplorable service from Avis and this assistant manager. She should be fired. She is a very bad representation of Avis...

I knew better & I still did it…. Reserved a car online for the Conyers location Get to location to pick up car, no cars to rent… calling customer service for 20 mins to get a full refund that will take 3-10 business days! I will Never Trust or do business with Avis Rental Car. NEVER

My wife rented an SUV here, when we picked it up the inside had not been cleaned and the windows were filthy. Other than that the vehicle was good to drive but the price of renting it for a week was way overpriced
