No, you may not use cash for a deposit. You must use a debit or credit card that has an available balance of the cost of the rental, plus the amount of the deposit. The funds for your deposit will be frozen in your account until your rental is returned.
No avis does not accept cash!!! it has to be on a card if your using a debit card, it's a $100.00 deposit plus the cost of the rental plus the system will do a soft credit check to approve the rental.... With a credit card there is no deposit!! Just the cost of the rental.
