I wonder if the owners/managers of this establishment read these reviews because this comment is for you. In the past, I would have normally given about four stars for the pleasant/organized environment and ample products; but today was different for me because of the disappointing customer service experience I had. I had been standing in the only checkout line that was open, waiting for the customers who had quite a few groceries to be checked out. Two customers showed up behind me and suddenly, the cashier told them in Spanish that the register behind her was opening up. I assumed she said this because she pointed to it and the customers thanked her and ran to it quickly. Maybe it may seem trivial to some for me to mention this; but I just don't think it's good customer service to have had me standing and waiting before them and you didn't offer me the chance to move. I felt like my time was not valued by the cashier! As she started scanning my products, she barely looked at me and I asked her why she didn't tell me the cash register was opening up. She didn't seemed too pleased that I was questioning her, as she didn't offer an apology nor a smile. Finally, she said "I didn't see you." There was no way she could've overlooked me. It's not a very big area. Maybe I'm just having a bad day; but I had to share my experience.

This place had all kinds of merchandise. They have a butcher, store and a restaurant in the back with some of the best smelling food. I must go back.
