First I would like to say that when I got approved to move here the place was very nice. One of the managers were very rude from jump, but I proceeded to move in. One week in we saw roaches and gnats. The next week we had to request remolding and pest control. Next it was plumbing issues. First it was upstarts leaking to our downstairs, kitchen sink leakage, and our guest bathroom water magically wouldn’t turn off. The next month we were without water due to a pipe bursting. Currently our hot water heater is done & flooded the apartment. I won’t fail to mention the numerous house calls for maintenance and plumbers. I would keep going but honey they’d be shut down. Yea, they remodeled alright 🙄
