Office visit on Oct 24 and PA and technician were great. Front office staff took my Bi-pap machine when I arrived because I had received a message to bring it in - I was told they did not need it - but the girl at the desk asked for it and took it ?? When I signed out and got my next appointment I HAD TO ASK the girl at the desk to PLEASE return my machine. When I got home I decided to check for the SIM card and found they had confiscated it (why ???)- I called Oct 25 and was told I could drive from Bellevue back to Brentwood (1 1/2 hr round trip) to get it -- this made me furious - they agreed to mail it. Today has been 4 days since my visit. If the young lady on the front desk does not have a clue - please train her. I called today and was told it was NOT MAILED UNTIL YEATERDAY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE A STAMP

Everything was great except the normal long wait times these days for everything.

Really good people. Very helpful and nice. The only downside is that it can take a while to get in and a while to finally get a machine. When you’re always tired and looking forward to a cpap machine and a full nights rest, you wanna get in and get the machine.

How long is the sleep study

Most sleep studies are overnight studies that take approximately 8-9 hours. There are several different types of sleep studies but when we talk about sleep studies, we’re usually referring to polysomnography or PSG. For an in-center diagnostic sleep study most of our appointments start between 9pm and 10:30pm. Patients typically arrive between 7 and pm. Our sleep lab technicians will spend around 45 minutes with each patient completing the hook-up for the study and then depending on the number of patients and the start time of the appointment, most PSGs will end at about 5:30am to 6:00am the following morning.
