If I could give 0 stars, then I would. My appointment was scheduled a week in advance and on the day of the appointment after I checked in, the woman at the front desk says that they can not see me today. I was upset because that could have been told to me over the phone a couple of days before the appointment. This office needs to be more responsible in their works, I will not be going back!

Awful ob. Waiting an hour sometimes longer just to be seen for a couple minutes. Ob came in multiple times didn’t know how far along I was or even my name (should have checked charts before came in) patient abandonment refused to see me for postpartum check up even though stitches are infected because my water ruptured suddenly and had to go to nearest hospital because contractions started and they refuse to see me until august (gave birth in March) because I didn’t go to their hospital and I was at this ob clinic my entire pregnancy. Ladies at the front desk and nurses are super nice tho very sweet to me but the doctor absolutely awful (just to put in he looked me dead in the face and called me FAT when I was 7 months pregnant and weighed only 150)

I would recommend you talk to your doctor privately prior to bringing your mom up there. (This happened to me once, super embarrassing and very unprofessional!)
