I am going to give the abridged version of my experience. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in an Emergency Room. If I could give 0 stars, then, I would have done so. Waited 4 plus hours to be put in a room only to wait another hour to see a nurse. Rude and Incompetent staff.

If I could give less than zero, I would. I got here at 11 pm last night, it’s now 5.48 am and I have yet to see a doctor. No water, no food, no comfort, and definitely no no no attention. Mind you I came in with half of my face asleep and major headache, and I am assuming now it is not stroke because I would have been dead by now. Insane

I am very thankful to the doctor and several genuinely caring and professional nurses who saved my father today! Despite the multiple malfunction of this facility as a whole, they managed to save him at the last minute. Many thanks to such great people with the heart and skills! Unfortunately, I still have to rate this ER at one star due to the overall systemic problems of the healthcare system, and this facility in particular, which is a shame for the US, the county that has such resources. Some stuff completely lacked communication skills, emotional-awareness skills, and ethical standards. For example, one of the nurses today, covered her prejudices, biases, and anger with pretentions politeness. Yet, she took my attempt to advocate for my father's quality of care so personally and could not stop venting out her hurt feelings to the co-workers while I was still in the facility in close proximity. This unethical, self-centered behavior and attitude lacks any professionalism, sensitivity, and maturity. It is even hard to comprehend that such stuff is not held to higher standards, and that such behavior is the reality of the ER department.
