This restaraunt has a cool and welcoming atmosphere, wonderful staff, and to start the house chips and salsa were delicious, the happy hour margaritas was awesome, as was my arrachera burrito. The steak was super tender and juicy. The kids had a good time also with the deep fried ice cream, I even snuck a few bites in and it was a great ending to our night out away from home, we drove all the way from surprise to try out this new famy concept and it was worth it, thank you guys!!

The food is consistently good and decent portion size for the price. Our waitress and bus boy were perfectly attentive. Not to frequent or infrequent on checking in and filling waters. The place was also very clean. 5/5 because of the consistency in service and quality of food.

The manager at this location has zero customer service skills. We came to this location, were seated outside, the trees kept dropping something on our table, and we asked to move. First the server forgot our drink orders, then she came back and said she had to ask her manager’s approval for us to move. It took her so long to come back, we got up to seat ourselves elsewhere, and only then did the manager Brett come out to tell us we couldn’t move. The health department should inspect this place and mandate that they get their landscaping under control, one could only guess what was coming out of that tree and the restaurant should reconsider who they have managing this place because Brett isn’t winning any awards for his customer service. With gas currently being $5/gallon, this restaurant doesn’t warrant the gas we wasted to get there. Bottom line, if it’s in walking distance, you don’t mind what’s in your food or on your clothes should you be seated under one of their trees, and you’re ok being treated like you don’t matter…this is the place for you!
