We are staying at the Fairmont for work. Decided to try the La Hacienda. A very short walk to the other side of the convention center. It was a beautiful night. We didn’t have a reservation so we were seated outside which was perfect! Such a beautiful evening. Our waiter Alfonzo was just great! He was attentive and we didn’t wait on anything. We had the table side guacamole-so good. And we split the Carnitas Hacienda dinner. So much food. And every single thing was amazing. We got to go drinks for our room and left feeling excited about returning! Great job La Hacienda! We will be back this week for flaming coffees and dessert! Can’t wait!

Wonderful dining experience! Fantastic Mexican restaurant with a great selection of authentic dishes. Table service and waiters were great. Definitely worth the trip. Enjoy!

La Hacienda is by far the best restaurant at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. We have tried the other restaurants, but this one is the best. Great place to eat before many of their events on the grounds or a great place to meet up with friends for drinks! Always always get shrimp enchiladas, and they never disappoint. Also, the taquitos are some of the best you’ll ever have 😍

I've been coming to La Hacienda for probably 12 years when I'm in Scottsdale and had finally brought my family to enjoy the restaurant I've raved about. Sadly, it was nothing like the experiences I've had in the past. Our server was excellent but the food was good, but not at the old standards. Many favorites have come off the menu. Tableside guac no longer (maybe bc of covid??) Which was a real treat. My kids steak tacos were dry and pretty flavorless. At the prices we paid, it was a let down. Same with the Mahi tacos. Overcooked and we've had much better. The filet was outstanding and lived to previous standards! The fajitas were fine, just not that exciting. Even cost extra to have cheese even though they were already pricey. Marguerite's we're great. Ambiance is amazing. Servers were wonderful. Overall, for what you're paying and based on what the restaurant used to bring out from the kitchen, it seems like they've lost some of their special flair.
