Stop robbing the people you supposedly serve with victimless traffic citations. Issue a warning it will have a better effect. It is the only way to be fair only issue fines when there is an actual victim. I know the people you really serve may get upset because they will lose money but we the people will be extraordinarily more supportive of the police. It would be nice for once in my life to see one department do the right thing.

I just want to give a big thank you and a merry Christmas to the Springfield Police Department! Me and my wife live in Kentucky and our black cat is missing in Springfield Tennessee in the black patch and Salem Drive area and thanks to officer Tate and his loving heart for animals and for helping people he took the time 2 do everything he could to help us out and recovering or cat. We have not found our cat but we will continue to pray we do . He is microchipped and someone has cut his collar off as we found the collar in the blacktop dr Salem rd area . Very nice, newish, somewhat easy to find building just down from the Post Office in the downtown Springfield area. Easy and efficient office to deal with for administrative matters. Fair and dependable police department and law enforcement officers.

Are there any Spanish people who want to become cops?
If the ban is indefinite you cannot. You may not be able to even if it's a year ban. Or it could be at the discretion of the property owner/complex management. If its SHA and it's a ban by law enforcement, I doubt it will be granted.
Normally & Ultimately you will not know until sentencing.
