This place is going to hell in a hand basket and fast! Potholes in the parking lots trash all over the place and maintenance men who do nothing all day. Brandi Schultz and Connie Minor sit in the office all day doing who knows what but they don't answer emails or the phone.

Never answers their phone. Always gotta go to their office. Even for the simplest of things. Very annoying. The ladies are nice just never answer the phone

I have never seen a complex have a Easter egg truck come back with a Easter bunny yesterday I was sitting on my patio and they have a truck full of children and a Easter bunny and they have a microphone and they were giving out candy and prizes to all of the children that lived at Oak Park I cannot believe this I have not ever seen this any other complex I was so amazed my mouth dropped open and I could not believe this is my home I will live here until I die that people are so nice I love it here if you need a place to live this is the place for you you just make sure you tell the truth to the landlord do not lie or you will not get a place to live I have something else to say now I did not my least like I should a friend of mine said another guy had a family of kittens and he wanted me to take one and I said yeah we're not I go for it but I do know I told a lie because in the contract you can not have no animals here with a have papers that it shows that they have shots and I didn't have the $200 to put down on a kitten so that not me out of having a little kitty but you know I live by myself and I never owned a cat and I do not know anything about a cat so text my friend and told him I couldn't take the cat and he gets very upset why did you tell the office tell the truth telling the truth keeps you out of trouble if the manager had came and done a apartment check and found the cat, I would not be living here anymore they would take me out for telling a lie being honest it's great telling a lie it's not good thank you Oak Park for my apartment and I love it here and I cannot believe yesterday the truck having a buddy and a bunch of children
