They go by the weight of animal. I had 2 puppies spayed recently (both in the 30ish pounds) and spent about 100 dollars each edit: forgot to mention shots.... Sorry don't remember the fees, they are fairly friendly there so give them a call, they can quote up front.
If you're in the Lexington area that is a good clinic it's only open Monday Wednesday and Friday. The doc is about 70 years old and semi-retired
Yes. The vet does treat small animals and some livestock.
Also if her fluid intake isn't what it should be, get some Smart Water or Gatorade in her. Those will ensure she stays hydrated and also help flush her kidneys/bladder.
