I received a call my dog was sick throwing up weak excessive drooling breathing hard etc . I chose this one Bc I have brought my dogs medicine from here in the past and it was the closest and still open until 5:30. When we got there at 5:18 we was told they close at 5:30 I explained I knew that which is why I came since the emergency vet doesn’t open until 6:00 and my dog needed to be seen. The lady at the desk said to hold went and talked to someone in the office and came back saying the other vet was running behind on the appointment they already had and by the time they could see him the emergency office would be open. No concern at all for my pet She couldn’t even tell you what my dog looked like Bc she never even glanced I’m aware of people trying to close at there regular hours but I would think concern would play a factor especially since it was a sick pet.
