Great meatball subs BUT, was kinda disgusted when neither person behind the counter wore hair nets! It was a girl & guy and he kept scratching his head & cornrows at the counter, ewww!

Ordered pick up thru Door Dash today around 7pm. Got a text confirming the order from Firehouse. Went to go pick it up at 7:35pm and the store was closed. Doors locked, lights off, chairs up on the tables - closed. The hours posted on their door said they don't close until 9pm... Super disappointing, as I order from here all the time and food and service is great. Won't be ordering pick up or delivery ever again. Only will end up back here if I'm in a position to just go in and grab it, but that doesn't happen often. It's a shame, bc I love Firehouse 😥

All the employees had masks on when we went and no one was there eating in at the time. I would think they probably have their policy available online if someone needs to know.
