I was told because I and the other party no longer live in tn, I need to file on the state I live in. That would be fine if you would send me my paperwork! This office is and has been a joke since day 1. I moved 2 years ago and tried getting them to go after my ex for non payment and they didn't (of course) and then wanted to call me a year later knowing I had moved (I called and changed my address when I moved) and they knew the other party was not in tn the whole time but wanted to say a whole year later that they were closing my case. Send me my paperwork so I can file in my state! If you don't like your job find another please because you're not helping our children.

The women that work there are so rude, you’d think they were the ones paying child support. If you hate your job, social work is a broad spectrum. The purpose of social work is to help people. The state offers counseling services for burnout.

well the first time i called i went though an automated message and press 0 to speak with an operator. system hung up on me. second call got to the end of automated message and it automatically connected me to an operator. maybe an old out dated system with limited call capabilities.

Does anyone know how I can put a complaint in on a case worker?

i'm not sure if it would matter as they constantly change. one year i had 3 or 4 different ones. i think they do it in order to not become biased.
