If i could give this place NO STARS i would. From day 2 of living here we’ve seen mice in our home. The housing office has done nothing but send “an exterminator” here “weekly” who gives us traps to set up ourselves. We have had to make multiple work orders so they don’t forget to come. We can caught more than 30 rats in our month of living here. It is absolutely disgusting to have to live in a mice infested home with children!!!! They also tried to charge us for cutting our grass when it had not been cut and told my husband our charge would go away but when i called they said i has to pay it and dispute it after the payment when they didn’t even touch our yard. Do not move here.

I visited the townhomes with my friend who is looking to move. The rental agent, Danielle, was so helpful. The townhome was very nice and updated. The neighborhood was quiet. The going rate seems to match the other places she's been to. I think she'll move in
