On the bus line & easy accessible to Route 702 & 695.

I recently made an attempt to apply for Kings Mill townhomes, the entire application process was extremely overwhelming. I never got to see the place, because according to the agent nothing was available. As a result, my application was never processed and I would like to demand my money back! The agents appears to be so incompetent. I received several calls stating that my social security number was not on the application and at one point I was asked to update my address and an addendum was sent out requesting my signature. Lord and behold, I got up today and went to a Morgan property and got approved in an instant. Since I’ve never officially signed an addendum, I feel that Kings Mill owes me a refund. Besides, nobody have time for the foolery in the midst of a pandemic/recession.

The service is horrible the rental office can never help or answer your questions the apartments are infested with bugs and mold in the bathrooms would not recommend!
