Received my first two bags of coffee in the mail yesterday—I’m in love! It’s hard to find a company that makes a good dark roast, but Volcanica has obviously perfected it. Sitting at my desk having a zen moment with a most amazing cup of coffee.

These people are awesome ordered the Dominican coffee which is awesome and being such a great company that they are they even included a generous amount of other coffee samples, that’s how you win over a customer, will be ordering again !

My husband and I have were established customers for Volcanica Coffee Company, we have had excellent Coffee shipped to us until about two weeks ago when we received the last order batch # XOO1K1SE7, Papúa New Guinea and Roastmaster Blend XOO1SVLW1R the coffee is tasteless, we have made it the same way as we always have and the result in constantly the same... hot WATER! We are coffee people and there is something wrong with this coffee. We contacted the Volcanica Coffee company via email and a phone call, only to be told there’s nothing they can do, this is very disappointing we have put our trust on their hands as this last purchase contained bought 4 bags of coffee, we NEVER thought Volcánica Coffee company is NOT a trust worthy Company ! And they DO NOT back up their product! Volcanica Coffee Company can careless if they have sold you a bad batch ... you bought it .. you own it!!! So Sad, dishonest and Rude. Not an American Company you want to do businesses with. I am doing an update, volcano coffee got back to me and they tried to correct their mistake in the way Customer Service was handled, how ever we keep getting inconsistent coffee from them. Sometimes it’s very good and other times is not. I am looking for other options. UPDATE: The company eventually contacted me and they tried to fix the problem by sending me new coffee. We started buying it again but there is just not consistency sometimes the coffee is really good and other times not so much. Thank You Elizabeth Schreiber
