It's too bad that my counselor was so awesome, the rest of this place sucks and the doctor is paranoid will start you on 30mg and you won't feel better. I quit going after 5 days and found a reputable clinic. Do yourself a favor if you are reading this review and consider making methadone a short-term solution ONLY.

I had to come into town due to my mom passing away. This place helped me so Much. Other places wouldn't even take me since I was from out of state. They knew why I was here...it being such a horrible thing and how this sort of thing makes an easy recipe for relapse. Yet, still other places sent me away. Crossroads took me in and helped me stay safe and sober. I'm so very thankful for their help. I got in and got my meds very quickly. It wasn't even a long wait. This place..is sincerely a life saver. The staff was so polite and professional. Thank you all so much!!!

Clint is a great counselor and I’ve had 20 or so counselors in 10 years across 4 states. When they stayed open all week during COVID most people left for clinics that stayed open only 3 days a week, I stayed because my counselor is actually very awesome.

Hello there! The Suwanee, GA clinic accepts Amerigroup Medicaid insurance, however with insurance there may be different plans that cover different things so I would advise giving Crossroads a call at (800)805-6989 during the clinic's office hours of Mon-Fri 5am-10am so that you can be transferred to the proper staff that can assist with more detailed insurance information.

As long as your treatment place has set it up with crossroad..DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU HEAD TO GA

Is this a program a inpatient or is it a outpatient?

Dakota Williams | Oct 31, 2018
Kevin Walsh | Oct 31, 2018

It is an outpatient medication-assisted program for treatment of opiod addiction. They offer both methadone and suboxone. Prices are $12/day ($1/day during first 30 days) for those who choose methadone, and a flat rate of $330/month (plus cost of Rx at pharmacy) for the suboxone treatment. Most people who have insurance tend to choose suboxone because they obtain their medicine at an outside pharmacy and most do accept insurance, but those on methadone have to dose in-house at the clinic and as of now they do not accept any insurance. Hope my answers were helpful!
