The process to confirm unit here is way easier than other apartments. Amy and Susan are very friendly and helpful. Though there are some roaches the restrooms are clean and rooms are spacious. The property is close to many stores and campus which are at walkable distance.

A nice place to live especially if you're going to ASU. The orbit shuttles stop right in front of the apartment. Amy and Susan are professional and courteous, and try to address your issues right away. The leasing process was a breeze. Had a quick chat with Amy and signed my lease online with my partner after a few days. Look for the refundable/non-refundable security deposit on the lease. Moved-in a few days ago--the place is great so is the pool and is well maintained. Very few minor issues exist which you can expect from most of the apartments--but the rest is all fine. It's mostly a noise-free community and most of the shopping centers are within 15 minutes.

The managing staff Amy and Susan are very helpful in anything related to housing. I like how they treat other people and help people in need. The housing community is great. Apartments are spacious especially their kitchen in 1b1b. It is bigger than other apartments.

I liked living in Agave apartments with all the amenities. And Safeway is just 1 min away and the bus stop and all are very near. So overall the apartment is quite good. I would recommend it. Any Kerr: She is a very helpful lady!! I really liked her. With all the resources she is helping everybody.
