The staff at La estancia have a heart of gold. Chastity, Seth, Tonya and the rest of the staff have treated me like family. I enjoy living here, it’s spacious, I have a golf course view and it’s quiet.

Since moving to the valley of the sun way back in 1995, I’ve rented apartments all over. And without a doubt, La Estancia has been my favorite. (Guess that’s why I’ve been here for a decade!) Quiet neighborhood, great central location and plenty of amenities. But for me, what’s always set this complex apart from the rest is the staff. Whether it be anyone who has worked in the leasing office to the rock solid maintenance crew…I feel like they are all friends looking out for me. So if you’re sick of being treated like a rent check with legs by other apartment complexes and would like to be treated like a valued member of a community…Check this place out.

I’ve lived here for a couple years and continue to renew because of the staff. Our property manager, Chasity is super cool, hands on and personable. I’ve met most of the maintenance guys, they’re all awesome. It’s an older build, but they do an great job maintaining it.
