0 stars if possible. Currently living here. Problems with upstairs neighbors blaring music and stomping on floor constantly. Can't have windows or sliding door open because their cigarette smoke wafts in. Management is unresponsive and never in their office at scheduled times. Have called maintenance 5 times this week to get someone to fix my units AC, washer, and potential termite nest that i found in my unit but not so much as a phone call back. Rent went up but getting no service. What the hell am i paying for?

I have currently lived here a little over a year and to be quite honest this is one of the worst apartments i have ever had. Walls and floors are so incredibly thin and as someone who works from home neighbors blasting their music and making the walls and floor shake is absolutely ridiculous. I have attempted to reach the front office several time without even a return phone call. The office is only open 2 days a week and even them nobody is ever in the office. On top of that the rent just went up 300 dollars a month to live in an apartment that is supposed to be your home but feels like a nightmare due to incredibly inconsiderate neighbors and a front office that lacks any attention to its residents

Even though it didn’t work out for me as the one bedroom was way too small for my belongings but Natasha was very helpful in the whole process going above and beyond what she needed to do with my very busy work schedule.

Management continues to schedule in apartment maintenance during work hours which means nobody is at home to monitor or watch over possessions, making it a real inconvenience. They also threaten legal action if you don’t allow them to come in. Walls are extremely thin. I can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING my neighbors do in their bedroom. They’re finally fixing the countertops after a year of them being cracked. Hopefully they get to the bubbled and warped floors next. They also threaten to tow your personal vehicles that display the parking permit required by the complex just because you don’t move the vehicle or have a need to drive it. Walls are incredibly thin, you can hear everything happening around, above, and below you. Nobody is ever in the office and they’ll send emails the day of saying they won’t be there.
