Just like Kimberly, I worked here for a little bit in 2020. This is not my real name. My experience for working for Moravian manor was OK. The people who trained me did not train me good at all. I have a learning disability and I need to do something a couple times to get it down So can remember. if I would do something wrong the managers and other employees would get upset with me and scold me. Basically the big thing the kitchen managers need to do is make sure your employees are training the dietary aides correctly and are aware of someone needs a little extra help (per HIPPA rules). One good thing is the human resources lady. I think her name is Lydia she’s amazing and so sweet.

I worked here for a short amount of time in 2020. The employees who trained me not only did not train me very well, but they would do things and then turn around and tell me I wasn’t allowed to do it. It was very confusing and hard to learn what I was actually supposed to do, and what the rules were.
