I have the same problem with channels on two TV's but not on one. The one difference I noticed is the ones I pick up on are older TV's and the one with no channels is my smart TV. My newest TV. I got to aggrivated trying to figure it out since I mainly use my smart TV for a monitor. Maybe there is an answer there if you can get their help.
