It's the salvation army campground , I know they do it for salvation army corps as far as an outside organization I'm not for sure , you can always call them to ask
They provide a outlet for kids and adult to fellowship. It's a opportunity to learn new things while in a safe fun enviornment. It also instill self-confidence and discipline
