Positioned between Boulder and Longmont, with lots to do nearby. Lived here a year and loved it. Great staff, great amenities , great community. The parking garage is very nice. Never had any maintenance problems. Energy efficient, electric bill was always very low. Lost 50lbs using the fitness center.

The apartment complex is in the perfect spot near work and is complimented with gorgeous trails and restaurants. The community is extremely pet friendly and neighborly. I love living here.

I’ll start by saying that I only lived here for about two months. (I chose to pay 2 months rent and break my lease early for a variety of reasons some related to the space and some unrelated.) These apartments are what I would call minimally decent — nothings amazing, but AFAIK no bugs or huge safety hazards. Beyond that though my summary of this place is that these apartments are LOUD. These apartments are louder and less sound-proof than my college dorms — I can hear the upstairs neighbors, vacuuming, blowdrying their hair, their TV, and their dog barking 8-10 hours a day. I wake up to my next-door neighbor’s radio alarm clock at 7 sharp Monday through Friday. Sitting here with my iPhone decibel meter (acknowledging it's not perfectly calibrated) I’m seeing an average of about 60 db with spikes of 75-82 db on a Saturday ~6pm and that’s typical. Before living here I wouldn’t have called myself noise-sensitive (I slept through 2 fire alarms in my college dorm) but I wear earplugs or noise-cancelling AirPods nearly 24/7 now and I’m still having headaches and trouble sleeping. Also the water heater and furnace bang on constantly. Beyond the noise: The dishwasher was leaking out the bottom hinge when I moved in (maintenance came to “fix” it but it was never fixed) and the sink backed up the first week I was here. Also a few weeks into living here one of the fire suppression sprinklers burst. For all the emails they give you about making sure your apartment doesn’t freeze and flood it seems maintenance doesn’t check communal areas (lack of heat in the trash room seemed to be the culprit). They charged me about $150 in cleaning fees on move out (however no one actually discussed this with me, because apparently the guy who physically did the walk though was not authorized to tell me that everything "looked good") and despite that everything was pretty dirty when I moved in. Luckily I am not allergic to whatever dog/cat was living here prior to me because there was fur in the kitchen drawers, the fridge, the clothes washer, etc, etc. If you do decide to rent here definitely go to look at the specific unit prior and not just the sample one they take you to. For example, their definition of “corner unit” is not actually the corner of the building, it just means that the neighboring unit is vacant at the time of signing the lease. My neighboring unit was a vacant commercial space. Personally I’d specifically recommend against the units in building 14 because they never get dark or quite. Also in the month I lived here I had someone try to enter my patio door, and had policemen chasing a woman (not sure what was going on) to about 20’ from my front door screaming profanities and threatening to tackle her. And of course your neighbor in one of the second floor units has a dog that barks constantly and no one around here seems to have any solutions for that.

Could not ask for a more perfect apartment management team. Between how kind and quick they are about really everything… the resident events are so amazing. I’ve never seen anywhere that’s hosts so many or such unique ones! 11/10 would recommend.

Questions & Answers

Are we as tenants paying for Tesla's to charge? They're parked and charging in the garages with no meters and we pay common area electricity. Management does not respond.

Electric vehicles that utilize the outlets in the garage pay a flat monthly amount that is deducted from the total monthly electrical bill before it is disbursed per our RUBs formula as stated in the lease.

Is there an option of covered parking or garage for 1 bed 1 bath apartments?
