We encountered an issue with the A/C unit, which was a manufacturing defect; and Gale, Terry and James tackled the problem, and were able to replace the bad unit within 48 hours. Gale kept us informed throughout the process and was so understanding, as this occurred during a weeklong heat spell. James and Terry are tops!! They educated me on ways to keep the house cooler and indulged my many HVAC questions as I am always seeking to learn new things. Gale, Terry and the rest of the crew are great. We had our furnace and A/C unit replaced. They were punctual and professional. Old units out and new ones in, in less than 5 hrs. This also included putting in a new touch screen thermostat. Had a drainage issue with the condensation from the A/C.
