My first visit was pleasant but unfortunately this place went downhill. My second visit the light in the room wouldn't turn off, defeating the purpose of a float--sensory deprivation. I was refunded and told my next float would be free, which is excellent customer service. However, when I came back four months later the light in the room still wouldn't turn off! Instead of ever fixing this problem they simply threw a wash cloth over the light. The pod doesn't shut all the way so all this light gets into your pod. You can still see everything around you and that's not the experience you should be here for. The fact a sensory deprivation business thinks it's okay to have a light on in the room is a sign of terrible management. I'm never coming back here.

Great place to relax and unwind. Also a great place for recovery, there are so many benefits to using a infrared sauna, CBD soak and all the other great stuff they have to offer. Great staff they will help you find exactly what you are looking for.

First time floater here and I absolutely loved Indigo Float. Courtney was the woman who greeted me and walked me through everything, making sure I was comfortable and prepared to relax in the pod. She was super friendly and professional and even helped me experiment with the colors of lights that I would like for my float. She made my experience very enjoyable! Thank you so much Courtney :) This place is very clean and calming and the rooms that have the floating pods have everything you would need from ear plugs, Vaseline, towels and shower complete with good soap and shampoo/conditioner. They even have a cute little area to get ready in after your float, complete with hair dryers, combs, q tips and lotion. I am very happy that I decided to come in! Such a cool experience.
