I've been doing business at this branch for 19 years now and have seen it steadily decline over the years. Yesterday, Friday November 7, 2022 at 2:50pm the breaking point happened where writing a negative review was warranted. I arrived at the drive-thru only to find it completely closed. One can't make a mortgage payment via the ATM and therefore one has no other option but to go inside. With approximately 20+ cars in the parking lot, no way was that going to happen so sometime next week I'll try again. In the meantime, I've decided it's time to find another bank. If BOA can pay me pennies on my savings but charge me dollars on a loan, then surely they're big enough to pay a proper wage, hire enough good people to take care of their patrons and give the service they claim to be proud of.

awful service...branch manager just walks around taking info on her ipad...waited in the teller line 20 mins. then transferred to loan officer wait...told wait was to be 1.5 hrs. for a less than 5 min. transaction - walked out, w/b changing to another lender....my debit card has been hacked 2x in less than 6 mos & cant get a resolve...if i could give no stars i would *update to the poor service*...i was scheduled to have a phone consult with the merrill lynch person at 8:30 am this morning...i have a verifying email from them...its now 8:46 am i just called & they are closed until 10am...you cant get assistance w/o an appointment, then appointments are made & not kept on their part...its time to shop for another institution...one that believes that without the customer, they wouldnt have a job....

Possibly the worst bank to ever deal with I’m 18 and my parents are joint accounted with me and they're banked with them for 10+ years and I’ve banked with them for a year I had no problems with them up until last month I had a problem with a check and they treated me like a criminal and closed my account and I went in person and this lady was very rude she basically gave me a paper said my account was closed and said we were no longer business partners and asked me to leave just for them to say it was an accident 2 days later and I went to chase (which is much better btw) I tried to transfer all my money to my chase account and when I did they re closed my account and told me I had to wait until 7/25 for them to close my account to have access to my money it’s absolutely ridiculous how Bank of Americas standards are this low

I was faced with the same situation however I found out that because of cauvet their opening at 10:00 a.m. and this will carry on until further notified by their superiors I'm deeply sorry this happened to you
They closed because of the hurricane they were open today
They seem to close for lunch everyday. They need to hire more help. I was banking with them thru my work but I quit yesterday so I will no longer have to be frustrated with waiting in their long lines anymore. I agree with Dougie...worst service ever . And as an added frustration they close at 4pm. What bank does that?

Bank of America out on 200 in Ocala by Publix the lobby is open until like 4:00 or 4:30 you could check on the hours but the lobby is open for business

I'm sorry, I don't know but if you put BANK OF AMERICA into MAPS it will show you the 2 locations on 200 so tap on this location and it will show you the phone number, fax # etc. I find calling is the quickest way. It's a minute as opposed to the 5 or so minutes on a computer.
