Yes they can, just bring it in to the store or they also have a mail out service. You mail it to them they will call to get payment, repair the shoes and then mail them back.

Not sure, but if made with leather they will probably stretch - don't know about the fabric ones. Note- they're a tad $$$.

I wouldn't doubt that they could. I have been using them for years and if they can't do something they will be honest and let you know.

Im sure they could, i haven't had it done personally but they do good work
