Here 2 times today, 1st time waited so long in lone with 1 teller I had to leave to get to a business meeting. This time drive thru for commercial is closed again and so I am waiting in long line with 1 teller again! There is 1 teller working drive thru however not business accounts lane. This is ridiculous and really thinking about changing to a different bank for my business. Why is business Lane always closed?

BofA doesn't seem to want to service their customers, otherwise they would be fully staffed and have their drive through aisles open! Poor management if you ask me. Today when I went to cash a check they had no merchant window open,and the rest of us just had to wait. I guess they feel it's more important to advertise how much cash back you can get. Oh and I was wondering what they pay for interest on savings? Next to nothing is I think the answer!
