Dependant was very incompetent and at her tasks, or she way toying with me, because I suggested to tape up pump one, after she answered me that the DEF pump there never worked. Her boyfriend went out and taped it. Then, She told me to step aside so to take care of next customer on line after she could not produce my reseipt. I went out to fuel DEF on pump 5 and then she was able to pull my receipt right away after I came in again to the counter. They might have thought it was funny, I did not.

As typical with all Petro and TA truck stops when they don't want to work on anything they give you a 4 to 8 hour window. This time all I needed was a bolt, nut, and washer put next to my def line to hold my def tank on miss KAREN said no we don't work on any def and I showed her the picture she said a tech won't be available until after 6 pm so in other words you argued with me so I'm going to dump it over to another shift and then she accused me of being rude when I told her it was a waste of time for me to come in there. Never again Petro never again.

Don't go here unless you want to waist your hole day! And god forbid!! Don't get angry over that one thin lady on the counter that doesn't tell you ANYTHING! Cause the manager just told me that they wont work on my truck because of that! This place can rot in hell before o let any of me peeps come here!

If you haven't drop a email to corporate. I did one time at another Petro and was contacted by management in 3 days. I vented about the issue. When I returned the following month the issue was better. Looked up manager and sent a thank you email for the improvements.
According to my Trucker friend law and truck stops have cut that out. Cameras outside. Don't think you have to worry about being harresd with those lot lizards. Good luck.
Food was good and so was the service when I went in today. It gets hectic when they're busy, same as any other restaurant. Waitresses have sections to wait on anyway, just because two walked by doesn't mean they were your server. Might've had issues with another table also. Could always cook dinner at home at wait an hour or more to eat, or just wait the time it takes for someone else to fix your meal.
It's like the shake machine at McDonald's always broken. lol

Yes they do have showers. There free if you by 50 gallons of fuel. Without the purchase of fuel it $13.00. I'm not sure if there it's a discount for the disabled.
Finding people to work and sale enough to make it worth opening is most likely the reason. Most truck stop restaurants have closed and replaced with fast food where the lease money alone is more profitable.
I stop by every week or two and only once had an issue with someone asking for money. I notified the cashier and within mins a deputy was there to escort him out. They keep a patrol there all the time. If you see something call fuel desk or cashier and a car be there quickly
I like them too but when I stop in there they had gotten new menu so I had to ask for it.
