Went to this store for 1st time.. purchased a torque motor .. take motor to my tech to install... pinion gear has no screw in it from factory.. try to exchange for working one.. company hides behind no return or refund policy... So. ...if you want broken parts and non existing customer service..this is the shop for you... Had to actually make a Call to Los Angeles ADA to inform them of companies policy and they sell broken parts and don't stand behind what they sell..... I truly hope this entire company closes for good and does the world's of Airsoft and paintball a service... no place in either sport for crooks pretending to help...

Appreciated the knowledge between a couple products that I had no real intentions of buying at that time. Got such a good breakdown, spent about $140 more than I intended to today. Especially since I'm just getting back into after 13+ years.

I ordered something here once and I got it in a month so I decided to give this place another chance and it’s been past a month and it’s been radio silence with me trying to contact them on email, Instagram,and phone (Edit) they finally gave me a refund after a month and like 3 weeks and I was able to get them on phone and the guy on the phone was really chill and helpful

This review is long overdue. First time I walked in I fell in love. I was a bit embarrassed to go in because I was just starting to get back into the sport, and I had a cheap Triton V2 that needed some repair. I thought for sure I would be laughed out of there. Just the opposite happened. The staff was really friendly, and fixed my marker for FREE! This left a huge impression on me and within a few months I bought all new gear from them. Probably spent a few grand there since. They have better deals than everyone. Even better than online stores. They beat Amazon every time! I don't buy any PB gear until after I shop at Paintball Gateway. One more thing, the staff actually plays, and plays regularly. They are at HSP or SC Village and the store throws events at both fields all the time. Location is tough to find, but when you do it will be that much better:)
